To best address the needs of each client, Jarrece draws on her expertise and experience in a range of therapies. She works to design a treatment experience that is unique to you and your goals by combining these with trauma-informed and mindfulness practices.
Jarrece also known as Jah loves spending time with her daughter and son. She can't forget about her English bulldog Gucci. Family and friends think Jah is most accurately described as dependable, hard-working, a go getter, easygoing, and empathetic. "We can always rely on Jah not to judge us and get the job done".
During her free time, Jah enjoys visiting women's shelters, girls' groups, and workshops to donate clothing and cosmetics from her businesses, Five11 Cosmetics and Five11 Fashion. Empowering women and aiding in the development of their self-esteem is something Jah is very passionate about. According to Jah, "When you look good, you feel good". She enjoys fashion, thrifting, reading, exercising, and mentoring.
